COSTS ENDORSEMENT

[1]      In our decision on this appeal, released on July 6, 2012, we ruled in favour of Ms. Taylor and invited the parties to file written submissions as to the costs of this special case.

[2]      We have been advised that the parties have reached a consensus that Ms. Taylor should receive her costs fixed in the amount of $15,000 inclusive of taxes and disbursements, payable forthwith by Canada.  We agree with this disposition as to costs and so order.
